Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which:

you or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more items in a single order and they have been delivered together;

or

you or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the final item, provided that you have ordered multiple items in a single order and these have been delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This can be done via email: support@elvoirstudio.com
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

The reimbursement will be carried out using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until:

we have received the returned goods; or
you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods,
whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 30-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions and loss of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer;

for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

for the supply of alcoholic beverages where the price is agreed at the time of conclusion of the contract, but delivery can only take place after 30 days and whose value depends on fluctuations in the market;

for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires before the withdrawal period ends in the case of contracts:

for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed after delivery;

for the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;

for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
