What is the delivery time?

The delivery time consists of two phases:

1. Processing time
Within 1–3 working days after placing your order, it is checked, approved and packed. The parcel is then prepared for dispatch.

2. Delivery time
Ireland: 5–10 working days
Delivery is handled by DPD

All delivery times exclude any potential customs delays. During peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday and New Year, delivery times may be longer.

How much does delivery cost?

We offer free premium delivery. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss or damage to the parcel.

Where is my parcel?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can track your order via the tracking page on our website. Click on “Track your order” in the main menu.

For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple deliveries.

My tracking number is not working

It may take up to 5 working days for tracking information to be updated. If the tracking still shows no information after a few days, please contact our customer service.
